Back in 2004, Fine Property Developers Ltd. was officially founded, after Mr Cheema had been working in the construction industry for 20 years he decided it was the right time to go his own direction, where he could add a more customer centric & detailed touch to the industry. Nearly 10 years of running Fine Property Developers Ltd. we are still delivering on our customer centric & attention to detail approach.  

 

The policy started by Mr. Cheema is one we continue to follow today. We never take payment until a customer is completely satisfied. This means our customers never have to worry about quality – they know it’s our top priority.
